  • Daily Consultation: Ongoing guidance and support from the Ayurveda physician to monitor progress, adjust treatments as needed, and address any health concerns to receive the best Ayurveda treatments in Sri Lanka.
  • Daily 2.5 hours Ayurveda Treatments: Intensive Ayurvedic treatments tailored to individual needs, such as Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara (oil pouring treatment), Panchakarma therapies, and more, aimed at detoxification, rejuvenation, and balancing body energies.
  • Internal & External Medicine (Directed by the Physician): Ayurvedic medicines address specific health concerns and support the body’s natural healing processes.
