- Daily 2.5 hours Ayurveda Treatments: Intensive Ayurvedic treatments tailored to individual needs, such as Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara (oil pouring treatment), Panchakarma therapies, and more, aimed at detoxification, rejuvenation, and balancing body energies.
